SAFER HOMES

Our bodies and our health are impacted by the environments we live in. Sadly, modern homes often are sources of high toxic exposures. The great news is, with knowledge and a few simple changes, we can greatly reduce the toxicity of modern living in our homes!

While in our day and age it’s almost impossible to find utterly “safe” options, we can find “safer” options that greatly reduce toxicity in our everyday lives. Working with my doctors and NDs, I have identified the highest-risk items and found wonderful safer options. And, as research is constantly discovering and determining more about product safety, I am always on the journey to learn and adjust. I am so excited to be able to share my personal research and opinions with you.

There are many things in life we can’t control, but we have the amazing power to control what we put on our bodies, what we use in our own homes, and what we spend our hard-earned money on. Every time we purchase safer products we are not only helping ourselves, but we are also sending a message to the manufacturers and retailers. The more consumers vote with their wallets, the more notice companies will take.

Everyone deserves to know what’s in their products and have the resources to make safer choices!

With care and hope,
Justine
